Managed IT services
We look after your business IT every day: support for your staff, monitoring and patching, cloud software, servers, devices and security. Managed by engineers who know your setup, as your whole IT department or alongside the team you have.
What we manage
If your business runs on it, we support it, secure it and keep it running.
Help desk and support
One number for your staff to call or text. Remote help for everyday issues, and an engineer on site when it needs hands on hardware.
Monitoring and maintenance
Operating system and software updates, patching, and health checks on your servers and computers, handled on a schedule instead of when something breaks.
Email and productivity
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace: tenant setup, migrations between platforms, mail flow, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, shared mailboxes and licensing.
Identity and access
Single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and access policies across your apps. New staff get the right access on day one and lose it the day they leave.
Business applications
Accounting and finance, CRM, HR and payroll, file sharing, e-signature and industry software. Deployed, connected to your identity provider, and licensed properly.
Servers and remote access
Windows Server and Active Directory, file and application servers, RemoteApp and Remote Desktop Services, and hybrid setups that connect on-site systems to the cloud.
Backup and recovery
Backups for servers, computers and cloud accounts, restores that are actually tested, and a plan for what happens when something fails.
Devices and MDM
Mac and Windows fleets managed centrally: zero-touch deployment, encryption, updates, app installs and remote wipe for lost or stolen machines.
Security
Endpoint protection, email filtering and regular access reviews, prioritized by how businesses actually get breached.

Enterprise standards at any size
Large companies have an IT department with engineers for every system. Most businesses don't, and end up with a patchwork of shortcuts: shared passwords, unmanaged laptops, backups nobody has tested, and software nobody remembers signing up for.
We manage every client to the same standard: documented systems, managed devices, proper identity and access control, tested backups. The scope and the price scale with your business. The engineering doesn't change.
Common questions
What's included in managed IT?
Day-to-day support for your staff, updates and patching, and ongoing management of your cloud accounts, applications, servers, devices, backups and security. We scope it to the systems your business actually runs.
What size businesses do you work with?
Any size. A five-person office gets the same engineering standards as a large company. What changes is the scope of the work, and the price scales with it.
Can you work alongside our in-house IT team?
Yes. Some clients use us as their entire IT department. Others bring us in to manage specific systems, or for extra capacity alongside their own staff.
Do you take on one-off projects?
Yes. Migrations, server and network builds, office moves and new locations, for managed clients and as standalone projects.
How do you charge?
For our time, at one flat rate whatever the hour. Hardware, software licenses and carrier services are billed at what they actually cost, with nothing added.
