You own the carrier relationship
Most phone providers resell carrier service with their margin on top, keep the account in their name, and make leaving painful. We set it up the other way around. You have a direct account with the carrier, billed at its business rates, which are usually the lowest available.
We charge for the work we do: designing the system, installing and configuring the phones and call flows, and maintaining it. If you ever stop working with us, your phones and numbers keep working.
