Secure IT recycling

Computers, servers, drives and batteries from businesses and homes. We deal with the data ourselves, before anything is passed on to a recycler.

How it works

From a single laptop to a full server room.

Secured at the first link

Your data never goes straight to a recycling partner. We secure it ourselves at the start of the chain, before anything leaves our hands.

Erased or destroyed

Drives are securely erased or physically destroyed as part of the process. If a drive can't be verified clean, it's destroyed.

Certificates on request

Need documentation for your records or an auditor? Ask for a certificate of destruction. It's included at no extra cost.

Pickup and removal

We come to you and remove everything, from a few machines to full racks with cabling and UPS units.

Batteries and hazardous items

Lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries and other hazardous components are separated and sent to licensed processors.

A second life

Equipment that still has use in it is refurbished and put back into service, and some of it is donated. The rest is broken down and recycled.

Old hardware still has your data on it

A retired laptop or server still holds years of email, client files and saved passwords. Most recyclers take equipment as-is and deal with the data somewhere further down the line, if at all.

We handle it at the start. Every drive is erased or destroyed by us before anything is passed on, so your information never reaches a third party.

Common questions

Is recycling free?

For homes, it usually is. For businesses it often is too, but pickups and some hazardous materials can carry a charge. Tell us what you have and we'll let you know before anything is scheduled.

Do I get proof the data was destroyed?

Yes, if you'd like it. A certificate of destruction is included at no extra cost with any job, paid or free. Just ask for one when you book.

What do you take?

Computers, laptops, servers, drives, networking equipment, phones and batteries, from homes and businesses alike.

What happens to equipment that still works?

It gets a second life. Working hardware is wiped, refurbished and reused, and some of it is donated. Everything else is recycled.
